Purchase of Products from our Internet Shop

No minimum orders are imposed, so we do not need to have a “sale or return” policy.

Products are only sent after payment is made in full via our Internet Shop. Your invoice is automatically e-mailed with your order.

If you need to cancel a product order, please leave a voicemail by ringing 0845 544 1555 within 24 hours of making the purchase. If the products have already been sent to you, a full refund as store credit, minus the postage/packing fee, will be made to your account once we receive the products back from you.

Sadly, due to the current CoVid safety advice, we cannot accept returns and refunds of Pro-Touch t-shirts due to the wrong size/fit. Faulty products must be fully photographed and a description of the fault sent to us via our contact form and we will be in touch to either refund or replace your faulty item.

Damaged or unsatisfactory products are to be returned to our address where we will be pleased to replace them for you free of charge. No cash alternative: Face The World Ltd, 11b Newton Court, Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV9 5HB.

UK Postage

All product orders up to 2kg weight are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard second class Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £4.

Product orders weighing over 2kg are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via Parcelforce 48 at a fixed rate of £9 + VAT.

Republic of Ireland and all EU Zones Postage

All product orders up to 1 kg weight are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard International Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £9.

Product orders weighing over 1kg are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard International Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £15.

Rest of the World (all zones) Postage

All product orders up to 1 kg weight are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard International Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £25.

Product orders weighing over 1kg are processed within two working days (Mon to Fri) and sent via standard International Royal Mail at a fixed rate of £32.

Copyright Agreement

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you also agree to not copy or re-distribute any of the following under any circumstances (unless with explicit written consent from FTW HQ) – our CDs/MP3s music, Training Manuals, Crib Sheets, Certificates, any stationery or marketing materials (including branding and logos) or our refresher training videos. Failure to adhere to this will mean a breach of your contract and your account will be terminated. Depending on the scale of illegal copying/distribution of our products/services, we may pursue legal proceedings.

Booking Courses - Face The World

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you/your staff meet the minimum requirements (where relevant) prior to booking (see below section on minimum criteria). If you need any help, please feel free to email info@face-the-world.co.uk.
• Payment for the courses is required in full and at the time of booking online. Funds will need to clear a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the training date.
• No cash payments will be accepted on the day. If your tutor asks or agrees for you to do this, please let us know. They may not be an official FTW tutor.
• A representative of FTW (usually your regional tutor) will contact you within 48 hours of your course being booked and paid for.

Cancellation of Courses

• Failure to attend on the day - for any reason - is considered as full cancellation, meaning that we cannot refund any of your payment. However, we can re-book your course for a future date and transfer your funds minus a fee of £140 to compensate our tutor for a lost day.
• If you cancel with less than 2 weeks before your training date, we can transfer your date with an admin fee of £25. No refunds available for full cancellation without re-booking a new date.
• If you cancel with more than 2 weeks’ notice we can transfer your date without charge. If you cancel altogether, we will deduct a £25 admin fee and return the remainder of your payment.

Minimum Entry Requirements

• Our courses are accredited with the Complementary Medicine Association, with whom we are an approved training school. Membership C202205170001.
• The Diploma status is aimed at established and public liability insured beauty and holistic professionals who hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology (or equivalent) and ideally have previous massage experience.
• Your unique FTW certificate will only be issued via Head Office, will be watermarked with our logo - and signed directly by either our CEO Lizzie Badger or an approved tutor on the day. Please report any unauthorised training to us immediately.
